As CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG Mark Dekan is presiding the Ringier Axel Springer Leadership Team. In addition to his role as CEO of the Joint Venture, he is also CEO of the ONET-RAS Polska Group as well as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa ONET.pl and Media Impact Polska. Before his appointment as CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG in 2013, he was as CFO responsible for the establishment and management of the finance function of the group. Prior to joining Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, he was since 2008 Manager of the Finance and Services Division at Axel Springer SE and prior worked in various in senior financial positions.
Elena Jasvoin was appointed CFO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG in January 2018. Before joining the company in March 2016, she worked since 2013 as Managing Director and CFO at Zeppelin Systems Russia where she established and led the plant engineering business. Prior to this, she held several other executive posts within the same organization, among them CFO for Zeppelin Russia. Beforehand, she worked in various other companies, including Amtel properties development, Metro Cash & Carry, and consulting firm EY. Elena holds an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne and an MBA Degree from California State University.
CEO Grupa ONET.pl and COO
Aleksander Kutela joined Grupa ONET.pl in August 2015. Additionally to his role as CEO he was appointed member of Group Executive Board of ONET-RAS Polska Group. In addition in February 2016 he became COO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG and member of the Ringier Axel Springer Leadership Team with focus on Video and Data. Before joining the Group Aleksander Kutela worked at HBO as CEO of HBO Polska (2000-2015), President of HBO Poland and later as Senior Vice President of HBO Europe (2007-2015).
Group Director Publishing
Jovan Protic has worked in the company since 2005 and worked until 2014 as Chief Digital Officer of Ringier Axel Springer Serbia. Since 2012 he works in various group-roles, such as Deputy CDO of the group and later and until today as Group Director Publishing. Since 2015 he is in addition also COO of ONET-RAS Polska Group and member of the Group Executive Board. Since February 2016 he was appointed as well member of the Ringier Axel Springer Leadership Team with Focus on Digital Publishing. He is as well non-executive member of the Ringier Axel Springer Serbia Board of Directors.
CEO Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia
Milan Dubec is founder of the leading Slovakian online portal Azet, in which Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia held the majority since 2010 and later in 2016 integrated into Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia. Milan, who has been appointed General Manager of Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia in February 2014 became in addition member of the Ringier Axel Springer Leadership Team in February 2016 with focus on transactional and classifieds.
Jelena Drakulić Petrović
CEO Ringier Axel Springer Serbia
Jelena Drakulić Petrović became General Manager in 2008. She started working for the company in 2004 in the position of Brand Manager of daily BLIC. She participated in the rapid growth of Ringier Axel Springer Serbia’s portfolio in the positions Director of Marketing & Development and Director of Daily Publications.
Chief Revenue Officer
Tijana Bajović became CRO in September 2016. She is responsible for all revenue generating activities of Ringier Axel Springer Serbia, as well as strategic projects on the Group level. Prior to that, she was COO from January 2015. Tijana is part of the company team since 2006, on positions of Brand Manager, of Marketing Director for Daily Publications, Publishing Director for Daily Publications, and from 2011 she was Deputy General Manager, driving important initiatives such as launching the largest integrates advertising sales organization called Media Impact Serbia.
Chief Financial Officer
Miloš Stanojević has joined the company in 2012 as Deputy of Chief Financial Officer, from the position Head of Portfolio Management Department at ProCredit Bank, after ten years of working in the banking sector. In November 2013 he became Chief Financial Officer.
Editor-in-Chief Blic online
Marko Stjepanović joined Blic in 1998 as a journalist and over the years he gained journalist and editor experience through initiation and management of several news outlets. He started to work as editor-in-chief of daily 24 sata, the only free daily newspaper in Serbia and was editor-in-chief of all internet editions in the company. Also, for many years he was editor-in-chief of the Blic Sunday edition. In October 2010 he was appointed deputy editor-in-chief of the integrated newsroom. Since 2016. he remains responsible as editor-in-chief for the leading news website Blic.rs.
Editor-in-Chief Blic daily
In 2016, Predrag Mihailović became Editor-in-Chief for Blic, the leading daily newspaper in Serbia. As the first man of the printed edition Predrag Mihailović is responsible for strengthening Blic editions according to the highest journalistic standards. His journalistic career started 13 years ago, when he was a journalist at the daily Blic and since 2005 he has been section editor of entertainment, culture, politics, Blic Nedelje (Sunday Blic), as well as deputy chief editor of Blic.
Sreten is a part of the company's team since 2014. first as manager in the advertising sector for magazines. In addition, he worked on the development of new business lines - PR and event management for clients. His experience is based on sixteen years work in the media. He began his career as a journalist in print media and on television, and later he continued his work in managerial structure in media. In 2007 he was appointed as Director of weekly publications in Color Press group and became member of the board in same company. In September 2015 he was appointed as Publishing director in Ringier Axel Springer.
Milan Subotić came to company in 1998, after he had been working for 8 years in Politika on various positions, from financial inspector, to head of procurement. As a member of our top management he is working on the development of the most successful publishing company in this part of Europe.
After ten years in the printing industry, on the position of director of sales in one of the leading commercial printing plants in this part of Europe, Rotografika d.o.o. (part of Radin group), Darko Vukov becomes member o Ringier Axel Springer Serbia's team.
Ivana Pupić joined our company in May 2019. Previous experience of 15 years in the field of human resources management has gained by working in the banking sector - since 2013 in UniCredit Bank and since 2010 in Societe Generale Bank. She started her career in 2004 at a consulting house specializing in HR consulting.
